Excited to present my research at the BACP’s annual international research conference during the preliminary stages of its development.
Central to this study is the exploration of how community knowledges across disciplines shape ideas about healing in the context of colonialism and racialisation. From a diasporic vantage point, this research privileges holistic, community-based healing for Black, African and African-Caribbean communities in Britain.
