Who am I? If you are relatively new here or have never dived into what I do - you'll find out now! Plus, my take on cellular health. I am a registered nutritional therapist working with real people worldwide, healing their health issues ranging from gut complaints, fatigue, infertility, performance optimization, body composition, and brain fog. I don't have a specialism. I've never liked pigeonholing myself as a gut guy or mold curer. Truly resolving health issues doesn’t work like that. Alcohol is robbing your body blind 👇 🔄 Share this with someone who still drinks every weekend Most people think a hangover is the worst part. It’s not. The real damage is happening at a cellular level, and most of it is silent. 1️⃣ Your liver stops burning fat – Fat oxidation drops by up to 73% and stays suppressed for up to 24 hours after your last drink. Your body literally switches from burning fat to storing it. One night out can stall fat loss for days. 2️⃣ Thiamine (B1) gets blocked – Alcohol directly blocks absorption and activation of B1.
