This looks like a pitcher, but it’s a fat separator for stock! The fat rises to the top and it pours from the bottom, leaving the fat behind. The glaze isn’t what I was hoping for but this is the first of a few and I learned from it.

Garlic/chili flank steak with grilled asparagus and turmeric/ramp rice. The turmeric/ramp rice may be the thing that I miss the most when ramp season ends.
