As I’ve stepped into my journey as a disability activist, speaker, and organizer these past few years. I have struggled to balanced being an activist and showing my creative work.
As a photographer, I want to make memories that last forever for people. I want to be able to explore writing and other creative outlets. I want to help people tell stories. Disability and accessibility are a few of my passions but this adds my creative work
Live for the Plot is living for the stories that have yet to be told.
Live for the Plot is a love letter to storytelling and creativity.
Live for the plot is for everyone who has story. Everyone has a story to tell. Let’s tell it together.

One of the biggest transitions of being a part-time wheelchair user is integrating the wheelchair into professional life as a photographer when needed.
I was fearful that mobility aids whether it be my walker or wheelchair would hinder the process. Putting in question the confidence of my clients in my ability.
This year I’ve done three different photo shoots so far having my wheelchair with me. I sit some of the time when I have to get low. I stand and walk around to get the best shots. No matter what or how it happens, my end result is always the same: People feel great about their photos. That is my goal and that’s all that matters. Now it’s just making accessibility a key points in every photoshoot I do.
