Join us on Friday, July 10th for a morning of movement, family fun, and giving back! Families will come together for an outdoor workout, followed by a hands-on St. Nick Gift Bag packing and card-making experience to support children at Peconic Bay Medical Center. Arrival: 9:00–9:15 AM Event Time: 9:30–10:30 AM At 9:30 AM, we’ll kick off with a 30-minute full-body workout designed to meet you where you are. This class combines strength, cardio, and functional movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll build strength and endurance while your little ones engage in play alongside you. During the event, families will help pack St. Nick Gift Bags. Each bag will bring comfort, joy, and encouragement to pediatric patients during a difficult hospital visit. Kids will also create heartfelt Inspiration Cards for children in the hospital, as well as enjoy sensory and art stations for open-ended play and creativity, giving them space to explore, create, and connect while being part of something bigger than themselves. If you do not wish to participate in the workout, you are more than welcome to sign up just for the giveback portion of the event and arrive at 10 am. Or consider donating to this incredible cause. What to Bring: Wear sneakers and bring water, plus a yoga mat or towel for the outdoor workout. Kids can be in or out of a stroller. Please bring any activities or items your child may need during the workout. Every $10 packs 1 gift bag, and 100% of ticket sales from this event will go directly toward funding these gift bags. Yesterday, the @gcsd_highschool Honors students came together to pack 50 St. Nick Gift Bags for children in local hospitals! ❤️🎁 Not only did they pack bags filled with comfort and encouragement, but they also collected toys to help bring smiles to local kids in crisis.
