The Spring Awakening Dinner at @littledipperct in Brooklyn, Connecticut ✨
I recently visited Little Dipper Farm for one of their intimate farm dinners, and it was one of those evenings that stays with you long after you leave. This beautiful women-owned farm, run by the wonderful owners Lori and Venus, feels incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
The evening featured a candlelit farm dinner inspired by spring, with seasonal flavors like rhubarb, ramps, asparagus and creative main dishes including lamb and soft-shell crab, all created by Chef Andrew Trudeau (@actevents_ ). And if that wasn’t special enough, the dinner was paired with a live performance by Opera on Tap Boston (@operaontapboston ) in the barn, which made the whole night feel completely magical.
It was such a unique blend of food, art, and community, and exactly the kind of experience I love discovering in Connecticut (we even got some farm fresh eggs to take home!).
Little Dipper hosts events at the farm every month, with some amazing summer events coming up that are absolutely worth checking out.

This morning was all about celebrating the incredible moms out there. We traded the usual routine for a slow brunch by ACT Catering, refreshing sips from Sip Society Mobile Bar, and live music that set the perfect farm-day mood. Between the massages and the sweeping views, it was a morning to remember.
