The third major Inner Beverly event takes place this May in Los Angeles.
Following the screening, we celebrate Inner Beverly’s integration into the Los Angeles ecosystem, with curated performances from Lithocene and LA artists dedicated to the continuous study of Music+.

![The image of a figure draped in a white cloak can be found in different sites throughout Inner Beverly either as drawings, charts or hyperrealistic images accessible via The Internet (provided by IB’s most prominent shard mine also found in quadrant s9.40). Generally this image is accepted to be the Viewfinder, an entity with complex and godlike mythos centered around the origins of all the inner workings of Inner Beverly. A Worker that goes rogue will become obsessed with the Viewfinder, beginning a solo journey through each quadrant of the island. They are humbled through their experiences and will become The Viewfinder. After this - effectively entering their final stage of life - they will take to a dock at the edge of the island before sheets of metal emerge from under their skin and wrap around their body. As they become satellited, they are rocketed up into orbit with millions of other satellited workers. A final body transformation will slowly take place over decades; the worker becomes a [sea creature] and subsequently plummets back down. The bodies of [creatures] which fall into Inner Beverly are converted to shrines. Throughout some of the caves in Inner Beverly are shards, pieces of crystal that hold energy produced by memories and lithospheric history. The most crucial shard mine is run in quadrant s9.40, powering both the particle accelerator and Inner Beverly’s access to the internet. Shards are organized by workers, but the sheer amount of shards leaves the mine incredibly unstable with high chances of collapsing.
