What to expect tonight! 7:30 Doors - First act on at 8:15 - DJ’s till 2am - Slide 1 - Red Coast “Red Coast are an alternative shoegaze band from Tunbridge Wells. They have two recent releases, 'Syrup' in 2020 and 'Shallow Breath' in December 2022. Frontwoman India Fraser-Attewell's vocals are reminiscent of Hope Sandoval and over the years Red Coast have moved from alternative grunge into shoegaze slowcore. Further influences include Warpaint, Daughter and Explosions In The Sky.” Slide 2 - Windowpane “Windowpane not Windowpain” Slide 3 - Michael Georgian “"Michael Georgian is a twenty-something South East London-based producer who, after playing in various bands throughout his early years, has struckout on his own. Employing an array of analogue synthesisers and dulcet vocal tones to a danceable rhythmic effect, the resulting sound and live show is a mix of heavy drum machines, live visuals and a devious on-stage persona and intensity that has been compared to a televangelist preacher.” Side 4 - Excel DJ (DJ SET) “excel dj is a dj, maybe an artist, sodaa person and plays video games like ableton live too meta for they're own good, one might describe they're sets as "multidisciplinary" or "contemporary", which they feel less weird writing cause nice friends told them that (thank you!) expect: parasocial noise, techno with its shoelaces tied wrong, new age spiritual worship, seeing your reflection in the cdj and seeing the abyss, fun(?) releases on mute artefact, hard return and upcomings on early reflex, postworld and ware collective I guess????” Slide 5 - Drowning Carpets (DJ SET) “Creating an upbeat ethereal and dark vibe by playing carefully selected works of pc, electronica + techno mixed in with silly 2000s pop edits. expect a lot of female vocals, glitch noises + sounds that will make u wanna move ur feet.”

We will be hosting round three of ‘Almost Noisy’ on the 16th of February at its birthplace @venuemot More information will be released soon… DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO BOOK IT OFF. It’s gunna be a live one 💥 Artist Appreciation — Two of my favourite artists to date who were oh so kind to document my debut event back in April 2022 through their beautifully unique styles. @ruby.beddoe : Slides 1-5 “I really enjoy pace and being able to filter sound through line and colour. It was fun to draw a subject that was moving, I felt like the music matched my speedy brain.” @k0hlsen : Slides 6-9 “I realised that after one beer I can paint quickly and confidently, after two I’m an incarnate god of pigments and tone.. but after about seven I’ve all the panache of a droopy eyed legless spaniel in a pitch black outhouse.”
