A good question to ask no matter your dream! 🤩
We often prepare for or worry about failure, but don’t forget to envision and plan for success, too!
Early in my process of considering becoming a single mother by choice, I was venting all my fears to my therapist, when she kindly stopped me and asked: “what if it’s glorious?” 🤯
She gave me the homework to answer the question in a journal entry, to take some time to delight in what could be. It shifted my vision and attitude permanently.
It’s important to be realistic and prepared, but it’s also important to dream and believe that things can work out.
No matter your dream, have you considered the bright, beautiful possibilities of if it works out? It just may be the motivation you need to leap! 🩵

As I was wheeled out of my hospital room with my five-day-old daughter nestled in my arms, I had a core-shaking realization: “I’m no longer waiting. This is it.”
Silent, joyful tears welled in my eyes as I contemplated what I was going home to: building a life with my dream baby and the freedom to pursue a writing career full-time.
Today, my baby girl is asleep upstairs in our new home, and I’m 50,000 words into the first draft of my romance novel.
