This small series, titled LOVE UNDERWATER, extends an ongoing exploration of geometry as symbolic language. These works evoke a submerged feminine.. ancient, sentient, and unknowable.. where power resides not on the surface, but in depth and silence.

Looking for a different way to celebrate Mother’s Day?
Spend a beautiful day discovering craft at Cluster Crafts Fair and experience the work of Lisa Lapointe at Forms of Reverence.
A multidisciplinary artist working across drawing, textiles, sculpture, and ceramics, Lapointe creates objects that feel both ancient and otherworldly. Her talismanic pieces draw on ritual artefacts and symbolic systems — exploring the “ancient future,” where the mysteries of the past hold clues to what lies ahead.
Each work feels less made than unearthed — rich, detailed forms balancing softness and strength, intuition and structure, echoing the natural world and the human spirit.
🗓 12–15 March
🎟 Free RSVP — spots are limited, reserve yours now via the link in bio!

Through ceramic form, I call forth the feminine power of the Mesopotamian goddesses Inanna, Ninhursag and Ereshkigal. Monumental and sovereign, these vessels honour love, creation and the underworld.. ancient archetypes of female authority reawakened in clay, standing timeless between myth and future.
