Seventeen beautiful, funny, wild, loving years with my little shadow, my companion, my rockstar.
Oscar wasn’t just a dog, he was a presence. From the very beginning he had this bigger than life energy, like he knew he was meant to be seen and adored. And he was. Everyone who met him loved him instantly. That spark he had… it was impossible not to.
He had rockstar confidence in a tiny body. Whether he was strutting down the street, curling up beside me, or organizing the dogs at the dog park, he carried himself like the world was his stage.
For seventeen years he was by my side through everything, the ordinary days, the big life moments, the quiet nights, the chaos, the laughter. He was constant. Loyal. Loving.
What no one really tells you is how hard it is to have a senior pet. Those last months ask a lot of your heart. You watch someone you love slow down, and you carry the weight of trying to do what is right for them. It is one of the hardest kinds of love. I was able to say goodbye to him at home, peacefully, surrounded by love. It was heartbreaking, but also a gift to hold him and thank him for the incredible life we shared.
Seventeen years is such a gift, and I know how lucky I was to share my life with him.
Oscar, you were so deeply loved, not just by me, but by everyone lucky enough to know you.

Had a pretty incredible year as a PSM & theatre-maker.
💙💛 Kicked it off with Come From Away, crossing the 1,000-performance mark and closing a seven-year journey ❤️
✍️ Wrote a show with my Bluemouth Inc. besties — and took home a 🏆 Dora (!!)
🦁 Joined The Lion King SM team for over 90 performances
⭐️ Got to hang with the incredible Ramin Karimloo & Hadley Fraser for a night
💖 And led the charge as PSM of & Juliet 💥

Five years ago I released my very first original song “Boxing Day”, inspired by the holidays. ✨
This song was the beginning of everything for me, my first real step into songwriting, vulnerability, and telling my own stories out loud. Boxing Day lives in that tender space between Christmas magic and the quiet reality that follows… when the lights come down, feelings linger, and everything shifts. It holds a fleeting holiday romance, a little heartbreak, and the truth that nothing ever stays the same — especially this time of year.

My Christmas Wish is my original holiday song about midnight moments, believing in a little Christmas magic, and taking a chance on love when it feels vulnerable to do so.

He’s been with me through every chapter, every move, every show — always reminding me what loyalty, love, and a good nap really mean.
