PROJECT V8 💨
In collaboration with @coolermaster and @acura - we created our next fusion between our automotive passion and PCs.
We’re displaying the build this weekend at the @gplongbeach , though we’ll also be showcasing Cooler Master’s upcoming V8 ACE CPU cooler instead of their APEX you see pictured here - hence the significance of the V8 😉
We were tasked with creating a custom PC that would be heavily themed around an engine. Since we’ve done a few other builds in the past that have been remarked as futuristic engines, this was a super exciting project to take on!
We altered our existing velocity stack design to accommodate the overall sizing and ergonomics of the custom chassis and component selection, along with designing a fully functional exhaust header system that actually works damn well at expelling airflow out the back!
Obviously we called upon our friends at @alphacool_int to aid in support of this project, and they were eager to participate. Hidden away from view is a waterblocked RTX 5080 Astral that sits on the underside of the top chassis panel, with dual 480mm radiators cooling it in a loop design that calls back to braided oil lines running through an engine bay.
This was also a great opportunity to showcase Cooler Master’s upcoming MasterFan ML fans - a solid metal frame AND blade that look just as good as they perform; you can really feel a ton of air coming from the 3D printed exhaust tips!

We’ve been developing a supplemental 3D print accessory line for our recently launched EXO chassis, and they can completely transform the vibe of this thing! Free of charge to anyone who purchases our EXO, we’ll be releasing 3D STL files throughout the rest of the year that you can utilize in any fashion you’d like! They’re in no way required for assembling your build, but just another aspect that you can have fun with!
From shrouds and extended feet, to radiator fan grilles, brackets and mounts - we have you covered. The EXO is a chassis that will last you your lifetime, so it only made sense for us to develop ongoing accessory line that’ll keep things exciting and fresh! We kept the 3D prints you see here in the photos raw so you can easily distinguish between the core EXO chassis and the supplemental 3D prints.

What if we finally move forward with this build mock-up during tonight’s LIVE stream?!
We’ve been sitting on this @coolermaster NCORE MAX case for quite a while now, but we never had the free time to actually complete it fully. There was a specific vision we had in mind, and so we designed some custom pieces in stainless steel that holds an external radiator in place, with a matching facade that mirrors that original case’s mesh design.
Other than that though, we never had the time to actually finish this PC to completion. We’re thinking we’ll take another look at it again during tonight’s stream though! We’ll also be taking a look at some other goodies and preparing our EXO build that we’re taking to Computex at the end of this month, so come hang out with us tonight on our YouTube channel!

My Melody PC coming soon 💞
This is one we’re super excited about, and I can’t wait to see what @ellhaus does with this build! We’re waiting on some exciting new watercooling components to come in from our friends at @alphacool_int so we can really get cracking on this one, though the initial vibe is super cute 🥰
Our friends at @hytebrand slayed with their choice of pink on the X50, and since @bambulab_official makes a killer matching Sakura Pink PLA, it only made sense to implement our PSU shroud 3D design once more with this build. We do have a few more designs we’d like to integrate into this one too 😉
We’re utilizing the X870E Aorus Elite WiFi 7 ICE motherboard for a very specific reason though, any guesses what it may be? Obviously we were going to go with white hardware in a pink case, and @aorus.na really came through for us in sponsoring the motherboard, but there is also a big and very heavy reason why! 😆

IT’S POSSIBLE 👀
We did it! It’s absolutely possible to build a full PC INSIDE of our new EXO chassis! Wednesday’s LIVE stream was a lot of fun moving panels around and sorting out if this was possible to do, but after a GPU swap and a slight PSU position change, it’s entirely possible to do an inverse EXO build. WE ARE SO STOKED ABOUT THIS!!!
This honestly changes things quite a bit for the absolute capability this chassis can provide people when building a PC. With the right exterior facades, this test bench can be completely transformed into an insanely unique PC case. Core PC components on the inside, all of the cooling on the outside.
With its skeletal frame, heat isn’t trapped inside, and all of the cooling receives fresh air - not at all recirculated or heat soaked. The ability to orient the PC components in any fashion also allows for more optimal performance than a traditional PC case as well.
This is just so cool and honestly not at all what we initially had in mind with the EXO, but we’re so stoked that it’s fully possible to do. We sometimes joke that the possibilities with this chassis are so extensive that we ourselves have barely scratched the surface with, but not that you can completely invert everything has blown the possibilities through the roof!
Normally with this much excitement, we’d absolutely push through with a fully done up build, but we actually need to start working on our EXO test bench configuration build that we will have on display at COMPUTEX 👀

We’ve been cooking up some new products lately 👀
Our MNT BLK will be available for Pre-Order later this week, which brings our super popular BLK system to the 120mm and 140mm mounting standard. It’s compatible with the BLK V1 and V2 passthrough bracket, and can also utilize our 4-port accessory plate.
We’ve also been working on this super cool 140mm based DIY Distro, which utilizes either 60mm or 120mm @stealkeycustoms collaboration CubeTubes, so you can assemble your own distro layout the way you want! Mount it wherever you’d normally mount a 140mm fan, and have a low cost and unique method for running some fun tubing layouts! This design will be a 3D print STL file on our site which will also be available on our site later this week.
We’ve also been working on our own line of gaskets! The ones you see pictured here are orange in color for visibility, but the official design will feature black silicone without the logo tabs. We’ll be offering sizes in 120, 140, 180, and 200mm. We’ve been watercooling a long time at this point, and have noticed 90% of the fan and radiator combinations have faint to severe air leak between the fan and radiators, which literally cuts your total potential performance of what your fan and radiator can offer. Motor vibration dampening is a nice secondary goal, but these are meant solely for fan to radiator mounting situations!
We’re really excited about these upcoming products and are pumped for fellow PC enthusiasts to utilize them soon, though still working on the gaskets so we’ll be updating everyone when they’re fully ready! Let’s keep making the PC building hobby fresh and fun!

The competition has some insane builds and they’re all absolutely epic. It was wild to watch them all come together, and we’re just happy to be a part of it. We’re stoked with the result of ours and that was our main goal. If you haven’t yet voted, we’d really appreciate your support!
We recently did these few long exposure shots of the build, inspired by how mines are lit at night, with how the lighting of the mine hits the stone walls, while the darkness of the night sky creates an insane contrast of humanity’s effect on nature against the unknown of the universe we exist in.
We’re for sure going to do another concrete build soon, but REAL concrete. The vibe is just too good to not implement again in the future!

What if scenario build 👀
When we waiting for our V8 chassis to be manufactured, we had a little mock up fun with one of our older 360mm ISO prototypes! We mainly wanted to see what it’d look like with Cooler Master’s absolutely massive RTX 5080 mounted up before we waterblocked it for the V8 - not to mention experiencing their upcoming MasterFan M series fans, which are full aluminum frame and blades that ramp up to 4000rpm 😳
Obviously there was no point to complete this build, but it certainly makes you wonder what if…
