Caught up with the wonderful @clubsuntoryoceania_nsw.act team this week ! In classic me fashion, managed to get 0 content so here’s some random bits and an excerpt of me being an absolute one take wonder during impromptu interviews x

Dinner at @poshplonkonmain last night 🫶🏼 Being back down at my parents place means visiting all of the best local spots Most people would know I have a strong passion for regional hospitality and I always want to support the businesses in small towns doing big things The hospitality here never disappoints !! (And they stock the best local products too)

Suntory Cup grand final !!! (and my first Sydney bar week) This competition taught me so much from start to finish and I am endlessly grateful to @clubsuntoryoceania for connecting me with so many industry professionals and giving me the opportunity to do my first Sydney bar week Couldn’t have done it without my NSW/ACT team @craftedbyjude & @conorteevan Big congratulations to the VIC boys for winning each of their respective categories. Thank you for the fierce competition @pinoterie and @boozelypalmer for showing me what I have to do next year ! What a way to do my first bar week 🩵 1. The whole club 🥹 2. Suntory Cup Regionals!!! What an insane and incredible experience, my face still hurts cause I couldn’t wipe that grin off. Thank you @clubsuntoryoceania for a fabulous event And thank you to every competitor for making it such a fun couple of days, especially to @borrrt and the Wollongong boys for being a cute little regional/ACT support crew Congratulations to @conorteevan & @jy.zhu See you all in Sydney 🪩💚

Away from home and missing my bar so here’s an unglamorous dump of happenings from the past couple months
