One of the services we’ve always loved, yet rarely spoken about, is our food consultancy.
Beyond creating cakes and tables, we work closely on how food is presented and experienced, how dishes are laid out, how stations are styled, how textures, colors, and materials come together to make the food feel as good as it tastes. It’s about shaping a visual language around the food itself.
For Valerie & Mario’s wedding, we had the pleasure of doing this in collaboration with Marriott Mena House - working alongside their team to ensure the food display and setup felt cohesive with the atmosphere of the day.

For Valerie & Mario’s wedding, the dessert table was imagined as a playful rococo wonderland, inspired by the charm of vintage desserts, reinterpreted through a lighter and more modern lens.
Designed as an immersive experience, the table invited guests to move through the space and discover different focal points along the way: meringue towers, madeleine towers, domed cakes, and stacked cakes, croquembouche towers, and piped femmes de carnaval reimagined with florals instead of figures 🎠
Spanning 24 meters of desserts and chocolates, the installation was created to feel abundant, theatrical, and full of movement - like stepping into a carnival-inspired dreamscape.

We especially love creating for baby and childrens’ celebrations - from baptisms to birthdays - where the process feels playful, imaginative, and endlessly inspiring 🎠

For Hana & Ziad’s wedding, we created a table designed to feel both playful and intentional - bringing together freshly baked breads, olive towers, butter towers, and sculptural pasty elements throughout the space.
From shaping each loaf by hand, to creating pieces that felt celebratory, every detail was thoughtfully made in-house.

One of the highlights of Hana & Ziad’s wedding last Friday was creating a grazing table in collaboration with Domty.
We worked on shaping the offering - from selecting the cheeses to building thoughtful pairings, and thinking through how everything would come together on the table.
Alongside Domty’s selection, we also worked on our signature Lino’s grazing tables.
Made to be enjoyed together, we designed each detail with intention.
All brought to life with the help of our incredible team, always 👨🏽🍳
