By the grace or forgetfulness of God I made it through this year. Moved back from across the country, opened a kitchen, developed 4 different menus, hired all my old friends, made new ones, hosted/worked pop ups, worked non stop, got some press...and dragged across the finish line. Couldn't have done it without with my friends and family. Cheers to the new year. Keep going and never give up.

It's been 98 days since July 1. Today is my first day off. Will I ever do this again? Fuck no. But I know it's possible and I'm capable of doing it. So what did I do in 98 days? Opened a kitchen, hired and trained a staff, developed a lunch, brunch, and fall menu, hosted pop ups, worked a pop up, made new friends and hangout with some old ones. So Lino what else can you accomplish in the next 98 days?
