. #Home_Apartment_No12 معمار: حمیدرضا گذریان(دفتر لینک) @hamidrezagozariyan نظارت: دفتر لینک @link.architects عکاس: محمد حسن اتفاق @mhettefagh کارفرما: محمد گروهان زاده متراژ: ۱۵۰۰ متر مربع تاریخ: ۱۴۰۴-۱۳۹۹ موقعیت: نهاوند . ایده‌ی پروژه از مقیاس شهر آغاز می‌شود؛ نه با افزودن ساختاری متفاوت، بلکه با بازخوانی نظم پنهان و درونی بافت. مفاهیمی چون پیوستگی فضایی، تنوع در عین هماهنگی، ساختار سه‌بخشی غالب بناها و شکستگی خط آسمانِ بافت سنتی نهاوند بازتعریف می‌شوند، به‌گونه‌ای که تداعی خانه‌های پیرامونی در دل یک ساختار آپارتمانی ممکن گردد. پروژه تلاش می‌کند با حفظ حافظه‌ی شهری و منطق شکل‌گیری بستر، تعادلی میان الزامات تراکم شهری و کیفیت‌های انسانی سکونت معاصر ایجاد کرده و امکان هم‌زیستی خانه و آپارتمان را در قالبی معاصر فراهم آورد. . The project concept begins at the urban scale; not by introducing a distinct architectural form, but by reinterpreting the hidden and internal order of the existing context. Concepts such as spatial continuity, diversity within harmony, the dominant tripartite building structure, and the fragmented skyline of the traditional context of Nahavand are redefined in a way that allows the evocation of surrounding houses within an apartment structure. In this project, the window is detached from its conventional role as a purely exterior element of the façade and is redefined as an interior, space-forming component. Villa 2+1 is a continuation of the practices that are carried out on two architectural elements (roof, wall) in order to space organizing. The roof element, in addition to its structural role, reduces architectural mass due to its form and the way the floors are arranged. قرمز | روایت‌هایی از جرات و تجربه ‏RED | Stories of Courage and experiment #ویلا_رینه چالش‌های اصلی در روند طراحی نحوه‌ی استقرار پروژه در زمین و توجه به مفاهیم معماری بومی منطقه از جمله عامل سقف و تراس‌های سرتاسری می‌باشد. با بازتعریف سقف شیبدار، سطح فوقانی آن در تراز همکف علاوه بر بازگرداندن طبیعت حذف شده به فضای مکث برای اهالی روستا تبدیل گردید. The main challenges in the design process are locating the project on the ground and paying attention to local architectural principles, including the roof and peripheral verandas. ‌ ‌ #ساختمان_مسکونی_فرمانیه شميران در گذشته داراي باغات بسيار و درختان چنار تنومند بوده كه به چنارستان معروف شده است و امروزه اين درختان به عنوان نماد اين منطقه از تهران محسوب مي شوند. استراتژي طرح با مذاكره و به چالش كشيدن ضوابط استقرار بلوك شهري ٢+٪؜٦٠، براي جلوگيري از قطع درختان چنار كهن موجود پيش مي رود. با استقرار جديد توده و فضاي منفي پروژه، علاوه بر حصول كيفيت منظر شهري و داخلي مطلوب و (ايجاد حياط دوم و حذف نورگير واحدها)، درختان چنار سايت نيز حفظ گرديد. #Farmanieh_Residential_Building Previously, Shemiran had many gardens and strong plane trees, which became known as Chenarestan. These trees became the symbol of this region of Tehran. The design strategy is to negotiate and challenge the criteria for establishing the 60%+2 urban block to prevent the cutting of the existing plane trees. Due to the new arrangement of locating the mass and the negative spaces, the plane trees were preserved, and the desirable quality of the urban and interior landscape (expanding the yard area and removing the lightwell) was achieved.
