@wchang1000 ) - Taiwanese-diaspora movement artist merging street-style dances, namely hiphop and whacking, to storytell and engage with diverse audiences. Co-founder of Peer Grooving Dance Collective, an Asian-led artistic group building an open and inclusive dance community in Edinburgh.
Jiayi Chen (
@overelated ) - Scotland-based interdisciplinary artist, producer, and founder of The Great Her collective. Her practice reimagines Nüshu, the secret women's script of China, through performance, calligraphy, and storytelling. Winner of the Creative Edinburgh Awards, Jiayi bridges heritage and contemporary art to amplify women's voices globally.
Yuxi Jiang (
@cicisonyaaaaa ) - Dancer and choreographer, PhD researcher whose work weaves Chinese folk lineages with contemporary forms. Based in Edinburgh, she creates dance theatre, site-specific, and screen works that explore cultural memory through the body. Her performances have been featured at international festivals across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Sky Su (
@sskyssuus ) - Edinburgh-based dancer from New Jersey/Lenapehoking. His collaborations explore the intimacies of bodies in contact and communion with the natural world. Performed at Dock 11 Berlin, Hidden Door, Scottish Dementia Arts Festival, Edinburgh International Children's Festival, EIF, and Theatre in Schools Scotland Tour.
