作為一首輓歌，7_Illusion和Franz二位作曲巫師，精彩地透過小提琴與大提琴施展魔法，沈吟交織出在苦痛中對戰爭的控訴與反思，是SHADOW VINE獻上「戰亂 vs. 和平」二部曲，透過以非言語的形式深刻地探討戰爭的殘酷性和其後果。
以G小調構成，戰鼓的節奏終貫穿整曲，深刻描繪戰爭必然的絕望與人類的痛苦。前半段以激烈的旋律展現戰況交迫，隨著音樂的推進，後半段越發沉重與悲傷的旋律，反映對和平的渴望與對戰爭的深切反省，他們以作品回應俄烏戰爭悲劇，呼喚人們珍惜和平與欲激起反對衝突的決心。
A requiem of profound sorrow, showcases the compositional wizardry of 7_Illusion and Franz as they wieldheir violins and cellos like wands, to voice an impassioned lament and reflection on the ravages of war. As SHADOW VINE’s homage to the “War vs. Peace” duality,
the piece, set in G minor, is underscored by a solemn war drum rhythm that captures the inevitable despair and human anguish born of conflict. In its first movement, intense, urgent melodies portray the tumult of battle, gradually yielding to a weightier, sorrow-laden tone that reflects a longing for peace and a deep meditation on war’s aftermath. Through this opus, SHADOW VINE responds to the tragedy of the Russia-Ukraine war, summoning a collective reverence for peace and a resolute call to reject strife.
