Our Cyber Security Specialist, Alex Bunn has returned from @the_granddetour !
The group had originally set out to raise ÂŁ1,000 for Devon Air Ambulance, a charity that is deeply personal to them. By the time they made it back from Monaco, they had completely smashed that target, raising over ÂŁ7,000 in total (with more yet to come!)
Despite losing one of the cars only two days into the trip, the guys stuck to the plan and kept the updates coming. The response was massive, with thousands of people following along and the team even appearing on BBC Radio Devon twice to share their story.
For Alex and the group, this was about giving back to the service that saved one of their friends and cared for his grandad.Â
A massive well done to the whole team. You have done yourselves and the charity proud.Â
