Limor, our chef-patron, is also an established artist, and her creative vision reaches far beyond the kitchen. Limorās artworks and installations can be seen throughout our restaurants.
At Delamina EAST, weāve recently introduced a series of wall rugs to soften the space and enhance acoustics. Each one has been reworked by Limor, weaving strands of wool and rope in different shapes and colours ā transforming them into a bold triptych.
