Pupils from Doon CBS Primary School took a cycling trip around the parish with Garda Michael Fitzgerald of Bruff Garda Station.
Garda Fitzgerald, a past pupil of the school, spoke about road safety and the importance of safe cycling practices before they set off on their journey around the parish.

LIMERICK IN PHOTOS: Europe Day in Abbeyfeale
Pupils at Scoil Naomh Padraig National School, Abbeyfeale, took part in Europe Day celebrations, learning about Europe and Ireland’s place in the EU.
They received a classroom visit by the Southern Regional Assembley and interactive activities.

LIMERICK IN PHOTOS: 50 Plus show a roaring success
CROWDS turned out for the 50 Plus Show at the Greenhills Hotel in Limerick on May 12 and 13.
This year’s show featured over 60 displays, demonstrations, and workshops designed to inform and entertain people in their retirement.
Activities on the day included cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts and AI workshops, live music, and more.
