A Special Announcement Today ā With Pride and Gratitude
As Today, I am incredibly proud to announce that the City of London Police
have officially gone live on The Forcer Protocol.
This moment holds particular and deeply personal significance for us As our Lcpl Alan Forcer worked closely with the City of London Police during his Army career in London serving as an instructor within the Equestrian sector facilitating major ceremonial and public events, including the Lord Mayorās Show and other ceremonial activities.
This particular force has always held a special place in the story and legacy behind The Forcer Protocol within Policing.
The Forcer Protocol exists to ensure that serving personnel, reservists, and veterans who go missing are identified quickly and supported with understanding, urgency, and care. The City of London Police going live reflects a genuine commitment to safeguarding those who have served and to leading with compassion at critical moments.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all officers and staff involved in making this happen ā from leadership and project teams to trainers, frontline officers, and those working tirelessly behind the scenes.
A special mention must go to Mr Richard Scullion @Kai Murray
and Mr Kevin Ives, whose support, professionalism, and commitment were instrumental in bringing the Forcer Protocol live within the City of London Police. Your leadership and dedication have played a key role in turning intent into action, and we are truly grateful for your contribution.
On behalf of the Forcer Protocol, and in honour of Alan, thank you to the City of London Police for embracing this work and for continuing a connection that means so much to us.
Today is a very proud day indeed !!!!!

In The coming weeks we will be finalising launch event details.
Next Month will Mark a moment I will never forget ⦠From Scotland Yard.
We have been busy behind the scenes preparing to launch something truly special & quite frankly groundbreaking.
Therefore I am immensely proud to Announce the Metropolitan Police will officially go live on the Forcer Protocol during Armed Forces Week.
The amount of work that has gone into this project behind the scenes for this force is almost incomprehensible.
Without question, this stands as one of the largest contributions to the armed forces community during Armed Forces Week this year.
The Met is a beast of a machine, and bringing something of this scale to life has been no easy feat The officers behind this project have been unreal the level of passion & commitment is commendable. Many of which are Former Military Themselves & one of which a pivotal Key contributor in all of this actually served with Alan #TraceyChapman #FastCar You know who you are.Xx
Weāll initially begin with a pilot across three BCUs to ensure we deliver this exactly as it should be delivered. Precision matters. The officers deserve that, the organisation deserves that, the mission deserves that and of course our Armed forces community & Their Families deserve that.
This is only the beginning for Met..Here we go letās roll this Beast Out #TheForcerProtocol #ScotlandYard #ArmedForcesWeek ArmedForcesCommunity Metropolitan Police Service
