The news is out and I am excited to share a project I have been working on for a few months now.
Vesper will live on Main Street in Old Ellicott City — a proper cocktail bar and restaurant, with dinner rooted in French technique and real East Coast flavor. Seasonal, intentional, and made with a lot of love. The kind of cooking I’ve always wanted to do, in a place this neighborhood deserves.
