Coffee & Conversations was so good today! The women brought the coffee and I facilitated the conversations.
New connections, vulnerable shares, and most importantly… lots of laughs!
I used to think I was building events.
Turns out I was building something I desperately needed.
Friends who get it. Who understand the mental load of launches and pivots and carrying a vision that no one else can see yet. Who don’t look at you blankly when you say “I need recurring revenue.”
I love my longtime friends deeply. But they’re not entrepreneurs. And that gap? It can be really lonely.
So I built the room.
2.5 years, 150+ events, a sold out retreat, and a coworking space later... I’m watching women from this community grab dinner together on weekends. Collaborate. Go on runs. Actually become friends.
Without me coordinating it.
That’s the whole thing. That’s why I do this.
