My components were a complete mess, tiny bags everywhere, zero labels, and way too much time wasted digging for a single resistor. So instead of suffering, I designed and 3D-printed my own component storage system.
Less chaos, faster builds, and no more dumping everything out just to find one part.

This video marks the beginning of my journey into 3D printing. I unboxed and set up my first 3D printer, diving into the world of rapid prototyping and design. From assembling the printer to creating my first prints and gaining a lot of experience, I’m learning the ins and outs of this powerful tool.
With the 3D printer, I’ve been able to create custom parts, print the legendary benchy, improve my projects, and enhance my overall setup. This is just the start of a new chapter in my build process!

I Built A Remote Controlled Boat out of pipes in a Pontoon style configuration.
All aspects were built from scratch from the Bot frame and structure to the Radio Remote control AND Onboard IOT Water Quality Monitoring System that's water caable of monitoring
- Water Temperature
- Water Turbidity and
- Total Dissolved Solids ( TDS )
And displays the data on @blynk.iot User Interface I used ESP 32 bord for the IOT part and a pair of @arduino.cc 's Arduino Nanos for the radio remote control

Project Milestones, 20+ projects in 6 months 🚀
In the last six months, I've had the opportunity to dive into over 20 diverse projects, which have been both challenging and rewarding. These projects have not only expanded my skill set but also reinforced many crucial abilities. From electrical and embedded systems design to 3D modeling, programming, and IoT applications, it’s been an incredible journey.
Working long hours while juggling classes was tough, but the exposure and experience gained have been invaluable. What began as a 20-day project challenge evolved into a comprehensive portfolio of work instead.
Here’s some images of the projects I’ve been immersed in recently, covering everything from design and development to hands-on building:
🔹 Automated Window with Light, Rain, and Smoke Detection
🔹 Biometric and Barcode Attendance System
🔹 Bluetooth and Gesture-Controlled Robotic Arm Project
🔹 Wearable Health Monitoring System with Emergency Response*
🔹 Automated Parking System
🔹 Greenhouse Monitoring System
🔹 Pipe Inspection Robot
🔹 Fish Tank Monitoring System
🔹 Mosquito Extermination Device
🔹 Railway Inspection Robot
🔹 Automatic Fluid Mixing Machine
🔹 Pipe Leakage Detection System
🔹 Wireless Car Charging System
🔹 Solar-Powered Vehicle
🔹 Proximity Glasses for the Visually Impaired
🔹 Biometric Voting System
🔹 Fully Functional Traffic Light System
🔹 Haptic-Enabled Gesture-Controlled Robotic Arm
🔹 Automatic Wireless Charging System for Electric Vehicles (EVs)
🔹 Solar Tracking System
🔹 Warehouse Delivery Robot
🔹 Metal Material Sorting System
These projects have been a significant part of my learning curve, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world scenarios. I’m excited to continue this journey and tackle new challenges ahead!
Feel free to connect for project building jobs. Details on some of the projects would be uploaded to my Github account and more projects to come.

🔬 Project : Biometric and Bar Code Attendance System 📊
Day 2 of our 20-day challenge is underway, focusing on electrical and 3D modelling design.
For the project, I was immersed in designing a 3D model and animation of a secure door with a detachable casing for our Biometric and Bar Code Attendance System. This innovative setup allows users to authenticate their identity using fingerprint scanning and barcodes from university ID cards (and other applicable IDs).
Key features include:
- Integration of a real-time clock for precise time logging when students enter classrooms.
- Control of a solenoid lock to restrict access only to verified individuals.
- Seamless data collection and storage on a database accessible by the ESP32 microcontroller, leveraging its Wi-Fi capabilities.
Tools used: Fritzing for electronic design, incorporating components like fingerprint scanners, barcode scanners, Li-po batteries, charging modules, relays, and solenoid locks.
The ESP32 microcontroller powers this system with its fast processing and IoT capabilities, making it ideal for enhancing security and efficiency in educational environments.

Project: Biometric Voting System
Starting off Day one of the 20-day project challenge with — a Biometric Voting System!
Task: Electrical and 3d modelling design.
This design allows users to authenticate their identity using a fingerprint and RFID card , making the voting process secure and efficient. Once verified, users can cast their vote for their preferred candidate, which is then displayed on the screen.
The system is rechargeable and powered by a battery for convenience. I used Fritzing for the electronic design, incorporating all essential components including the fingerprint scanner, rfid card scanner, Li-po batteries, lipo battery charging module, buzzer, keypad e.t.c
The system has the ESP32 microcontroller at its core due to fast processing speed and Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling IoT capabilities to be built in.
Additionally, I created a 3D model featuring a sleek plastic case, which includes the LCD display, fingerprint sensor, and RFID card scanner on the front, with exposed parts where necessary.

In the last 6 months, I disappeared to work on over 20+ projects ranging from robots to embedded systems, etc
Now, I present to you my 20-day challenge, where I'll post 1 project with as many details as possible every day for the next 20 days about one of the projects I undertook, the designs, look at the r3sults and the outcome.
I'll also be uploading all the details, including code and design files, to my Github [ link in Bio soon]
It was both a thrilling and humbling experience with a bunch of stress and lessons learnt.
Make sure to share, support and follow as I'll be putting out more videos @ligience really soon.
It starts Tomorrow.
