Jerk shoyu ramen Selective blend of Jamaican spices infused shoyu tare, orange and pimento oil, tori paitan, roasted and charred jerk chicken, charred okra, fried sweet plantin, grilled sweetcorn and half a ajitama. Oh yeah and some thyme and orange to change the sweetness and acidity of the broth at the end if you wanted to x It’s a old one but a proper peng one for sure, hope to make it again soon ✌️
