Cozy Throne, (made up of Harry McCallum, Ben Ferrari, Lindy Snell, and Amara) tries their best to stay true to their roots with everything they do — 4 randoms in a graffiti-ed basement trying things out and seeing if it works. They are perhaps best known for the spectacle of their refreshing, high-energy live show riddled with laughter. Bound to keep even the band on their toes as it flows seamlessly through a variety of moods and genres, their performance is dead set on always delivering a delight you’ve not yet experienced; and never ever compromising who they are for it. That’s what makes them Cozy Throne. To them, it’s all about being who you are; love, support, friendship and great vibes. Maybe cheese pizza too.

One of our core pillars at LSR is unearthing the underground, and highlighting some of the best of those who are up and coming. While we currently are in discussions and planning on our first handful of releases, we’re always on the look out for the next thing! So, on our website, you can find a music submission form for us to take a listen to your music, introduce yourself as an artist! Our roots are in music from New England bands/musicians, however we’re on the lookout for others across the country. As well, we also have a mailing list where you can sign up and be in the loop for when we announce our first release. We’re so excited for what’s ahead, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you <3
Through our values and mission, we aim to platform some of the best names of the underground, and provide a real pathway for amazing musicians to get their music into the world. The physical media industry is growing year after year, and we’re ready to help artists tap into that.
When I was a little kid, I used to be obsessed with creating fake businesses, and I used to name them all under the moniker “Lightning Strike”. I made movies under “Lightning Strike Films", books under “Lightning Strike Books", and now years later, my passion for vinyl and physical media has lead me to a full circle moment. In homage to my roots, I’m extremely excited to announce my new record label, “Lightning Strike Records”. I’m starting this record label to give the opportunity to up and coming bands in New England, and eventually across the US, to get their records pressed onto vinyl. It’s an expensive and intimidating process, but in partnership with Wax Mage Records, we’re here to change that narrative. We have some exciting projects coming down the pipeline that I’m absolutely stoked to share with all of you, and I’ll have more details in the coming weeks. Our first project is going to be a special one, and you absolutely won’t want to miss it!
