Throwback -19 October 2025
Lumencity: international lighting forum in Taipei
It has been an amazing weekend in Taipei with the lighting community here! Very blessed to be sharing at the international forum and to meet the amazing and heartwarming community!
My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude and touched by all the efforts and passion of the lighting community.
Really grateful to meet my Master Mentor, Mr Mende again after such a long time, and it was great reminiscing the old days, seeing Mr Mende present with such great familiarity, nostalgia and energy! It was such a flashback to my younger days and journey and it was because of Mr Mende, I was touched by light and have decided to become a lighting designer..
Thank you Uno for inviting and having me..
-Yah Li
Team Light Collab congratulates @andlarry for their 20th anniversary!
@larry.peh and his team crafted the Identity of Light Collab. A journey that started in 2011. Since then, Light Collab’s memorable identity has been very iconic. From our brand identity down to namecards, website, envelopes and folders, even titleblock for our drawings..
A fun fact: Light Collab’s first award is not a Lighting award, but it is the CORPORATE IDENTITY: BRONZE award at GONG AWARDS 2012 that &Larry received!
As &Larry celebrates their anniversary with the interesting exhibition,

we are grateful to be part of their journey too. As we illuminate the artwork, we slowly bring life to the stories… as we spend time in the space, we also have a great opportunity to come up close and personal with Larry’s works.. and the stories and raw creative energy, inspirations behind every artwork..
Special thanks to Larry for recreating the only edition of the light collab’s well loved folder and envelope. With the special anniversary yellow tape..
Special thanks to @erco_asiapacific for the collaboration!

𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
The harsh glare and overwhelming look of typical grow lights — along with those that simply fail to sustain greenery — have long kept them out of shared spaces. And with them, the presence of real plants.
𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.
Our 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰, 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗚-𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁™ 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 not only nurture real plant growth — they also deliver 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that defines ambience, allowing people to enjoy nature’s presence right beside them.
Perfect for 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.
Revamped in 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 with our grow lights, this space — shown here in images captured in 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 — stands as 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 that our technology is 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆-𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, yet powerful enough to grow thriving greenery while transforming the atmosphere.
Because it works — and because 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁. 𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘. You have the right light. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆.

Maerich makes Growth Possible.
The visible growth in Singapore’s first “garden-in-a-hotel” is made achievable by our unique and award-winning G-Spot™ growth spectrum.
Beyond nurturing trees and shrubs into this lush garden within a built environment, our growth spectrum is tuned to provide a seamless day-to-night lighting experience, with the colour temperature gradually warming at nightfall.
A powerful demonstration of the efficacy of our human-centric grow lights, this project proves that people and plants can coexist in comfort, ANYWHERE.
