I’m very grateful and truly humbled to announce, I’ll be holding another @lightcode event this year at the iconic @redrocksco . Joining me, to make this experience even more healing and powerful, is my dear friend and inspiration @bornimusic . Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10am mst! Here is some more info, it’s the same as last year!! Feel free to leave any questions in the comments - this will be a 90 minute sound bath, Breathwork, guided meditation session. - this is a separate ticket than LSZEE red rocks event, and it’s a more intimate event with limited tickets avail. - you will have to leave the venue after the Lightcode event, this is a security requirement by the venue, and can return at doors for day 2 of LSZEE - yoga matts will be allowed for only this part of the day / Lightcode - it may be cold or windy, bring comfy clothes, blankets - stay hydrated - try to eat an hour before, but not 30 minutes before, as the Breathwork portion isn’t recommend if ur digesting food

Lightcode @okeechobeefest was beautiful. As im sitting here looking at the pictures and reflecting back, I wrote up something called “Cosmic Amnesia” This is the moment where everything begins to shift. This is the moment when you remember why you are here. This is the moment where you gift urself ur own humanity, that unconditional love, compassion, grace, and support you have been holding back from yourself. This is the moment you give urself permission to be present with whatever has arrived, feeling ur emotions, releasing judgement, witnessing. This is the moment when the pain and darkness can be held and witnessed and the poison becomes the medicine. This is the moment we say thank you,  because ours fears, hardships and hurt become our greatest teachers. This is the moment we connected to something so magical and wonderous. This is the moment we greet the unknown with curiosity. This is the moment we returned to our hearts, hearts swirling and longing for our presence to embody. In this moment we remembered our origins, our ancestors, our gifts, our light🌞  …..And in this next moment …we may forget all of this, poof, our ah ha moment becoming a faint whisper, the comic amnesia returns …and so we continue … and do it all again. between the shores of hating urself and loving ur self is a vast ocean, contemplating that contrast can bring a tear to ur eye, especially if u made the journey, sad tears or happy tears, as the memories of the trials and epiphanies crash like tidal waves on either side. It’s interesting how quick some of us can find ourselves in a rut and think, how did I get here? Wasn’t I just soaring? Wasn’t I just feeling so free and full of love ? I lose the light all the time. I’m constantly re learning what it means to love myself, and reminding myself who I really am. My heart goes out to anyone out there that’s struggling in the intense shift of this year. We’re all feeling it. Shedding the old, dissolving the outdated ways of being, relationships morphing, unexpected curveballs, the chaos, feeling in-between within ourselves. It feels like such a test, like Im back to square 1, like Im stuck in some vicious cycle, doomed to suffer. However, as I enter stillness, deep down I know so much is being be cleared, to make space for all the expansion that is coming. I remember that is exactly what it should feel like right now, that Im exactly where I need to be!! b/c how can we truly find trust, devotion, and inner strength, and choose to make the ultimate decision to love ourselves and lead with love, if not from a place of total uncertainty and resistance? The beams of the highest vibrations are blasting at us constantly, and my prayer today is that we all allow them into our hearts, no matter what, and remind ourselves who we really are, feeling the magnitude of emotion and healing we are capable of experiencing. Lets continue to hold space together, gather with intention, b/c in this community there so much collective wisdom, with you my fellow travelers, as I look on these pictures, and think about all the other times we have shared this space, I feel supported and know im not alone.
