Here's a look at the cover of issue #1 of INTARSIA!! This comic was the product of a process that developed over a long time for me. It amounts to something like Waldorf painting or David Lynch's version of TM that results in receiving information. I don't use mantras or rituals, apart from what I usually do with meditation. I let myself disappear and eventually things emerge. For Intarsia, even the word symbols are written automatically. Once the art and story started to take shape, I noticed it was definitely about my life experiences and beliefs about many things. Including our treatment of animals, comparisons between synchronicities and manifestation, dreams, close encounters with the phenomenon, and the ability of the universe to organize our storylines and give us incredible opportunities with each other every day. I like how the designs change over the course of this first issue. The characters evolved and emerged over time and I'm really happy they did. Copies of the physical printed comic and a digital version will be available extremely soon. Everything is set up and they should be arriving this week. More details soon. ❤️ Ben #intarsia #lightbodycomics #comicbooks

Several years ago, I bought an iPad to use for art and animation. When I started using procreate, I noticed a file that was already sized for a comic book page. I started freestyling with comic pages until a style was emerging. Here is an early example of an underwater city. The pilot is surprised by something. I love doing fantasy cityscapes. I also love the puppet TV show, "Stingray." It has really cool sea people and cool designs. Anybody got caption ideas for this one? We could develop the story together. #comicbooks #comics #seapeople #lightbodycomics
