Being intentional about what I put on my skin and in my body 🤝🏾 A few more tips 👇🏾 • Cut out sugar!!!!!!! • Stay hydrated with water & veggies/fruits • Don’t touch your face if your hands are not clean. • Change your pillow cases once a week. • Stay away from dusty people who mess with your energy. • Pray over your skin (THIS WORKS). • Don’t use a towel or cloth to clean your face after washing, use quality tissue paper.
