After 40 days in Nepal and few "rest days" I'll be posting some pictures and my personal experience in Manaslu (8163m). The selfie (cover picture) was taken on the way to one of my happiest moments, the top of the mountain, and what a beautiful one!  Due to extreme exhaustion, hallucinations, lack of oxigen and rational thinking, no other pic was taken that day, I really did not have the strength, it was definitely in my mind but many things are in the background when you’re in a survival mode. My main objective was to keep me alive, fight to reach my summit and descent safe and sound.  Although, my @suunto tracking helped me out to record the way up and keep some helpful information in terms of time, distance, elevation and positioning which was provided to the Government of Nepal in order to get the official certificate. Stay tuned for more pictures and stories! More mountaineering projects to come.

So lucky to witness an unforgettable Northern Lights show 🌌 An exceptionally strong aurora storm, with the KP index reaching around 8–9 — something the news says hasn’t happened in over 20 years. But numbers don’t explain the feeling. Complete darkness. Clear skies. Not a single cloud in sight. All the right conditions came together in one rare moment, allowing the sky to come alive — moving, breathing, dancing above us. One of those nights that reminds you how small you are… and how lucky. ✨💚 #auroraborealis #northenlights #kp

✨ Another year comes to an end… and what a journey 2025 has been ✨ From Seven Summits adventures on Denali and Kilimanjaro, to ice climbing in the Pyrenees and Norway, alpine routes in the Monte Bianco Massif, warming up with on- and off-piste skiing in Chamonix and trail running in awesome locations — this year was full of movement, learning, and perspective. Beyond the mountains, being part of incredible communities made it even more special. Supporting Arc’teryx in London and Manchester, sharing experiences through the Run & Climb Club, Yoga, speaking at the Battersea store, participating in major climbing events and community hikes, and collaborating with Tenzing UK — all of it reminded me how powerful connection and shared energy really are. There were also trail runs across inspiring landscapes, from the Giant’s Causeway to York and Asturias, keeping things simple, healthy, and grounded. Grateful for every person, community, and moment shared along the way — and especially for my very good friends who were part of this journey 🤍 With love ❤️ Adam #arcteryx #arcteryxuk #tenzing @arcteryx @arcteryxuk @tenzing

Kilimanjaro Trek 🇹🇿⛰️ 🇻🇪 Venezuela, standing at the highest point of the African continent. I recently trekked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro — Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). An easy hike in technical terms, yet incredibly beautiful and powerful in presence. Kilimanjaro was one of those places I’d always planned to leave for later in life. But if I was going to do it now, I wanted to do it on my own terms: • As few people as possible — November turned out to be the sweet spot, with the quietest trails of the year • Minimal time on the mountain — 4 effective days, meaning zero formal acclimatisation: a deliberately fast ascent, intentionally pushing limits • Camping only — no huts, no shortcuts, just the mountain and the elements After researching all these variables, the Shira–Londorosi–Mweka combination became the perfect hybrid to bring that vision to life. Going fast and light was key. Thanks to my Arc’teryx gear, I was able to move minimalistically yet remain exceptionally well protected — a balance that made the speedy ascent possible without compromising comfort or safety. And one last wish — to witness the last ice of Africa. Crossing the remnants of the Southern Ice Field, standing beside those fragile glacier remains in such a dry environment, was deeply humbling. A rare privilege, at the highest point of the African continent. A special journey — done quietly, intentionally, and with deep respect for the mountain. ❄️🌍 @arcteryx @arcteryxuk

Wonderful days spent in Tanzania 🇹🇿— a mix of activities that made me feel energised and truly free! This journey was a beautiful blend of cultural learning, nature, and simple yet profound moments. Maasai children I feel so blessed to have had the chance to learn from and spend time with Maasai children in the Lake Manyara reserve. These communities may have very little in material things, yet they are incredibly rich in what truly matters — time, connection, and freedom. Their joy when meeting someone from afar who simply wants to share smiles and moments with them is truly unforgettable. Rice harvesting During our visit, we rode through areas where local women were harvesting rice. I even joined in — threshing the stalks and collecting the grains. Sharing that moment of daily life with them was deeply humbling. Local market We also visited a nearby market to gather ingredients for our cooking class. Walking through the stalls full of fresh produce and seeing the local trade in action added real authenticity to the experience. Cooking class with Maasai women We later enjoyed a traditional Maasai-style cooking “class” with local women — what a feast and what a beautiful moment. The dishes were delicious, but the true gift was the time spent cooking, sharing and connecting with them. Chemka Spring Waters Lastly, I had the chance to visit the Chemka Hot Springs — an incredible spot with crystal-clear turquoise water surrounded by lush vegetation. A peaceful oasis where you can swim, relax and enjoy nature at its best. Tanzania, thank you for your endless beauty. 🖤🌍✨

✨ Sitting with the sadhus at Pashupatinath, Kathmandu, at the gates of the Himalaya in Nepal — guardians of wisdom, color, and centuries of tradition. A humbling reminder of the many ways humans search for meaning. 🌏🕉️ Aside from my mountain trips, I’ve always enjoyed exploring — but what matters most are the people I meet along the way and the lessons they share. Feeling blessed to keep discovering our world, one encounter at a time. 🙏✨ #throwback

Another amazing experience with my good buddy Ali — this was during our non-acclimatised climb, aiming for Dufourspitze, the highest point in Switzerland 🇨🇭 (4,634 m). What a ride! So many experiences — and as always, a few lessons — packed into such a short time 😬. Till next time, buddy!
