HELLO. I thought I would do a 2026 reintroduction to say hello if you are new here šŸ‘‹ I’m Liberty! A loud Brit who has lived in Brooklyn for almost 4 years, I love it here. For work I do a few things; predominantly I am a food and drink stylist and I make silly recipe videos with my gal @sheasalz I also post nourishing mid week meal ideas from my tiny kitchen. Occasionally I host supper clubs, I cater and style tables for events also occasionally and I’ve privately cheffed occasionally too. I started a super club back in London in 2013 and then started developing recipes for magazines, cookbooks & newspapers, which then took me to food styling and here I am! 12 years later still making food look nice for the camera. I’ve lived in Paris, Berlin & New York, I miss my family and friends in London an insane amount but New York feels like home and so I’m constantly pulled in two directions. I famously like to make my life difficult (because I never want to sit down and relax in one place). But I met a gorgeous Californian man (who I’m about to marry this August) who has somewhat calmed me: even though we like to spend a lot of time on the dancefloor and drink martinis. I have the most ridiculously tiny kitchen, but our apartment was too good to not rent so I sacrificed, and have made it into my own. I’m massively into interior design and can’t wait to own my own place in the future so I can DECORATE. In 2025 I left my agency so I could spread my wings a little and start some new projects. In 2026 I want to work with new clients! And make more recipe videos, I like to talk on camera so let’s make this happen. If you are a brand or a show or you want me to create recipes and probably swear a bit on camera then give me a message. Or if you are a brand in need of a stylist then I am your gal. Thank you to all my consistent clients which have made my NYC life worthwhile! HNY! Love ya, bye

@libertyfennell ’s Tomato Salad with Tomato Dressing was one of our favorite recipes at our @produceparties Tomato Party & once you try it, you’ll understand why. It comes together in just 15 minutes but you’ll be thinking about it forever. Get her recipe at the link in our bio or comment ā€œTOMATOā€ down below and we’ll send it right to you #f52community

A few weeks ago I had the DELIGHT of cooking a Sunday (Friday) roast for @porta_nyc showcasing their new ridiculously beautiful new spring range which is out now! I got to cook for a full table full of Brits here in Brooklyn, which felt nostalgic and very special! (because I’m always a bit home sick). I think I cooked my best roast chicken yet? Still thinking about it now. Thanks for the best best help ever @chezchezrobert (my new favourite man) You can find my recipe for creamed peas and broad beans which is so delish and the star of the show. It’s made with loads of tarragon, mint, lemon zest, white wine and stock and a dash of cream at the end. A perfect side to a spring Sunday roast. The full interview & recipe is in a link in my BIO šŸ’™

Braised borlotti beans with haddock, tarragon & french mayonnaise. At home With @irmamauro_ šŸ“ø Soaked the beans over night, then simmered the next day in stock, olive oil, whole garlic cloves, a bay leaf, half a whole onion and a few celery sticks and a stick of rosemary until brothy. Pulled the whole ingredient out when the beans were cooked through, smashed the garlic and added back in. simply marinated the fish in lemon zest, salt and olive oil and then pan fried. Served with tarragon and french Mayonaise. Absolutely DELICIOUS, light and springish A dish il be making on repeat Okay bye love ya ā¤ļø

When ever my tummy is feeling a bit off (common for me because this gal has gut issues galore). I make this type of breakfast because it sets my tummy straight, slow roasted Asian sweet potato, soft boiled eggs, wilted spinach with lemon and garlic and then some kimchi. Also ate the eggs with some delish red pepper hot sauce from Dimes Grocers. Perfect filling breakfast / lunch if you need to feel good in your body. Would usually have cucumbers with this but I forgot. Okay bye love ya ā¤ļø

We’re kicking off Top 10, cooking our way through Food52’s most popular recipes of all time. At #10, @libertyfennell starts with Marcella Hazan’s Tomato Sauce with Onion & Butter, a simple, iconic dish that proves just a few ingredients can work wonders. Comment ā€œsauceā€ for the recipe. #f52community

A spring chicken soup using left over rotisserie chicken and good bone broth I had in the freezer from when I had free time. Cooked down onions, garlic, courgettes and celery until soft. Bone broth added along with torn chicken, good jarred chickpeas, green beans, peas and savoy cabbage. Added chopped wild garlic, tarragon and dill at the end and drizzled over Lemon and good olive oil ā¤ļø A saviour meal for when you are run down and in need of comfort, whilst still feeling fresh and spring like! Okay bye, love you
