1: my work station and the insides of @itgetsbedder and @samcorb wedding cake this summer. A riff on the ol’ Vietnamese Iced Coffee cake for the chocolate layers and a buttermilk and fresh red berries cake for the vanilla.
2nd: a confetti covered birthday cake packed up and ready to go for @geenadim . Vanilla sponge with cardamom apples, creme fraiche custard, and caramelized milk crumb.
3: a birthday cake for my mom @chefrnlisa ! Chocolate cake, plums, and tahini fudge. Plus! A Passion flower vine grown by @sassmastercat
4: a meringue swan full of raspberries for @meta__porter and @lily0e ‘s DREAMY wedding. Thin layers of honey sponge with poppy seed white chocolate ganache.
