After months of pouring my heart into this, I’m so grateful to finally share my podcast, @lossandfoundpodcast A podcast with real conversations about loss, grief and everything that comes along with it.
When I lost my mom, I felt an overwhelming sense of loneliness. This podcast is my way of reaching out to anyone who feels alone in their grief. I’ll be sharing my journey with grief, and I’ll be sharing others, so we can find comfort and understanding together.
This first episode is about the day I lost my mom and all the emotions that came with it. If you’ve lost someone or know someone who’s struggling with grief, please give it a listen or share with anyone who might need. Let’s navigate this journey hand in hand.

Closing out the year strong with our final episode of the season. 🤍
For many, the holiday season brings joy…
But for others, it can quietly surface grief, loss, and emotions we don’t always know how to name.
In tonight’s episode of @faithandfametv , I sit down with @LibbyBlake_ and @Erica_Baskerville for an honest, compassionate conversation about life after loss — how grief shows up, how we carry it, and how faith, community, and honesty can help us keep moving forward.
This episode is real, raw, and deeply human. If you’re navigating the holidays with a tender heart, this one’s for you. You’re not alone. 🤍

✨2024 Reflections✨
I traveled more.
I celebrated life.
I celebrated my mother.
I started a podcast.
I adopted a puppy.
I said goodbye to a puppy.
I remembered to find gratitude.
I accomplished things I didn’t even realize.
I remembered to move in purpose.
I moved and grew, even while grieving.
Grateful for this year and all that happened, didn’t happen and to remember move easily and purposeful in 2025.
