two years ago, my best friend and I had a girl’s night. an evening spent collaging photos and manifesting for the year ahead. I was fresh out of a relationship and focused on moving forward in a way that felt authentically me. I craved more of what I already loved: travel, reading, fashion, quality time with my people, slower moments, and renewed dedication to rituals that made life feel more romantic. that was my vision when I taped this thing together.
fast forward to today. I’m settled in to the studio apartment of dreams, one conveniently nestled in the heart of the village—and walking distance from so many of my favorite new york spots. looking back, it’s hard not to see this curation of images as foreshadowing of a future season. and yet, here we are.
this is your reminder: embrace your vision, even if it’s not yet clear where it will lead. being brave enough to want something is the first step to making it yours. x
