Hiii, I’m Liberty! ✨ It’s about time I properly introduced myself and the heart behind my practice. My movement journey began 14 years ago with dance and yoga, but life took a turn after a minor car accident. What started as Pilates for rehab quickly became my purposeful calling🕊️ As a woman of faith and a fuller-figured instructor on my own wellness journey, I realized the Pilates world didn’t always look like me—so I decided to be that representation. In a culture often focused on the surface, my mission is simple: Pilates is for every body. It’s an opportunity to honor our temples and give gratitude for the vessel we have been blessed with exactly as we are today and as we grow. I’m so glad you’re here with me to move with intention and gratitude!
