💙FLOCK, our fourth album, will be released via Adrian Recordings on March 20, 2026, with a premiere performance at Intonal on April 24💙
The music first took shape as part of a stage work created with dancers and scenography at Inkonst. After the premiere, we brought the ideas into the studio, where the album emerged as a layered, open form — built from our foundations but extended through invited improvisers, who added textures, tangents, and new trajectories.

💿Our fourth album “FLOCK” is out today!💿
FLOCK is a 40-minute piece that we wrote as part of a stage work created together with dancers and scenography at Inkonst in Malmö. Shortly after the performance, we recorded the piece in one continuous take at @studiosickan We highly recommend to listen to the album as it is intended, in 40 min straight.
Since the performance was a collaboration between dancers, scenography and light, we wanted to continue the idea of FLOCK as a moving and flexible project — shaped by the artists and musicians we invite, and constantly evolving depending on guest performers and venues.
On this album we collaborated with @katrineamsler , @bagge.t , @pelofz , @frejadrakenberg and @ljudsandra — which we’re really grateful for.

The Blue Hour / Den blå time, 2024
Video and sound, 60 minutes.
The blue hour is the period just after sunset when the sky goes from light to dark over many shades of blue. The video captures the sky over the World’s End in the blue hour. It consist of 60 still images taken every 60 seconds after sunset on the 28th of March 2023. Accompanying the video is a soundtrack composed by Liam Amner. Amner has altered the pitch of bird song, slowing it down to a register closer to the human voice. The bird sounds have been recorded by local birders in the region and the sounds are collected from the website xeno-canto.
A big thank you to @liamner for composing the haunting and beautiful music that became the soundtrack of the exhibition.
The exhibition Verdens Ende was @skalcontemporary curated by Anne Møller Christensen and Sara Løvschall Grøntved. Supported by the Danish Arts Foundation, North Denmark Region, 15 Juni Fonden, the Municipality of Frederikshavn, and Grosserer L.F. Foght’s Fond. Emilia Bergmark has collaborated with the Naturstyrelsen Vendsyssel, Skagen Fuglestation, and a number of knowledgeable locals in the development of the exhibition.
