Welcome to the f***ing 40s ❤️
My 20s sucked.
My 30s were me slowly finding myself.
And now somehow… at 40, I finally feel like I get to enjoy it all.
This past week has been a whirlwind of music, friendship, family, tacos, dancing, exhaustion, joy, late nights, community, and so many people I f*cking love.
Feeling very grateful for this life. TY TY TY ❤️

What a beautiful, immersive few days of nonstop music with new friends from around the country. So much joy. So much inspiration. So little sleep 😅 Will be soaking this in for a while. Here’s what I got when I remember to take a photo/video…

The laminates arrived today! 21 Songwriters is coming to Philly!!!
So many of my favorite local artists (looking at you, Lia Menaker, Liz Miller, Bo Rains, Jon Faye, Jessica Smucker), plus national touring acts I can’t wait to hear and hang with at this all day event like Jesse Terry, Arielle Silver, and Frank Viele.
This conference-like event with afternoon workshops, and after hours “all are welcome” song circle, is All about community, connecting music-lovers with new artists, lifting up area musicians, and supporting artists with great connections and professional development opportunities. It is a pay-what-you-will event, making accessible to everyone!
Icing on the cake is that money raised goes to support The (fabulous) Fallser Club in their efforts to continue serving the community by building an incubator kitchen! (Yes, you’ll finally be able to eat yummy food while listening to great music at the vibeyest club in town!)
