The man charged in a murder outside Our Lady of the Lake Hospital has taken a plea deal.
Roland Domino appeared in court Monday morning on second-degree murder charges, taking a guilty plea deal that reduced his charges to manslaughter. He was sentenced to 40 years hard labor.
He is accused of shooting and killing Patricia Jackson in March 2025 outside of Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, where Jackson worked.
