2025 was MAGIC✨
• January: Birthday cake overload 🎂 and my first work trip with colleagues at Strand Hotel Fevik.
• February: Hosted UiA seminars on supporting trans people (with Lee) and a wonderful day in Birkeland thanks to
@nertilastringa .
• March: From trainee to official position at
@senterforlikestilling 🌟, found my own place by the sea, and facilitated trans* group sessions with
@pki.norge
• April: Moved by the sea 🌊, stepped down as leader of
@pki.agder (proud of what we built, and of
@marcuseliaso who took over), opened the Digital Inclusion photo exhibition in Stavanger, and discovered a gooseberry bush 🪴
• May: Learned printing from
@saerlandet → POSTER JOY. Friends, cacao and trans joy 🦋
• June: Giant trans flag at Vennesla Pride, POSTER JOY at
@arendalpride , sunsets and film screening + talk
• July: Performance art, speech at
@lindesnespride , queer market with
@karmaklubb_oslo and swimming🌊
• August: Red Flag campaign and Arendalsuka, with overall coordination responsibility. And
@skeivesorlandsdager 🌈
• September: Quality time with friends and developing
@transbutterflueffect into digital stickers and reels.
• October: The Church apologized to queer people,
@xdollsnorway took me to church and drag brunch by
@dragpas0rlandet
• November: Going deeper spiritually at
@spirenkafe , food and friends,
@randesundlysstoperi and Transgender Day of Remembrance with
@pkivest .
• December: Trans pride w/POSTER JOY, full circle at
@nertilastringa , holiday party with
@fri.agder , and more time with friends 🤍
I’m deeply grateful for my life🙏
The year held challenges, grief, and painful growth as well - and I’m grateful for that too. However, as a trans person, it matters to me to show that joy, success and living a full life is possible. I stand on the shoulders of trans and queer role models and mentors, and I hope I can be that representation for someone else 🏳️⚧️
