7 years ago in May of 2019, we set out on a dream to build Community through Lagree. Challenging workouts, good people, no ego. The Bay Area has changed a lot in 7 years, and so have we 🥹 but thanks to every Member, Trainer, Manager, and supporter who has taken 1 class or hundreds of classes with us — our dream stands true and stronger than ever from SMÜV #1 to LFBA #7 💪

Mother’s Day at LFBA San Mateo 💗
Join us this Mother’s Day for a family-filled morning of fitness & fun. While Mom takes a 40-minute Lagree class, kids can delight in bubbles and painting in our outdoor patio area. After class, create a mini bouquet at the flower bar and take home a mini donut (or two!) to complete the sweetest Sunday morning.
