As many photographers head into their slower season, now is the perfect time to get your cameras serviced! Whether it’s a small fix or a major repair, the earlier you send it in, the better. Winter is our busiest time of year, which means wait times can grow, so secure your spot in the repair lineup now!
If you’re shipping your gear to us, keep these tips in mind:
📦 Ship your gear in a sturdy box, not a mailer.
🫧 Wrap each item in 3–4 inches of bubble wrap for protection.
🗞️ Use newspaper, towels, or blankets to pack everything snugly, your gear shouldn’t shift around.
📸 If your camera doesn’t need a lens or flash for the repair, keep those at home so they don’t risk getting damaged in transit.
