I walked the carpet at the first #MetGala post-COVID, But truth be told… we’re all still sick. Their village was taken for art, for culture, never pride— But their dreams took root and refused to hide. Now joy walks loud in high fashion’s boots, A legacy stitched into silks and suits. So stay grounded, humble, in this sacred space with ancestors watching, move forward in grace. For a moment Don’t get lost in the glamour, the glitter, the lies say their names in your soul. Keep their joy alive.
