Life Update:
Wowie wow wow. I graduated from my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This has been a long time coming and I’m still taking it all in. Over the past 9 weeks, the foundation of who I thought I was cracked open, in the best way, making space for who I’m becoming.
I had no idea it was possible to love so many people so deeply, so quickly. From the very first day, I knew we were placed together for a reason, (THE THREAD!). My heart is so full and I truly couldn’t have imagined a more aligned group to move through this journey with.
Endless gratitude to my early teachers @cici_flows and @laurenaliviaplays for giving me the foundation of my practice and seeing the light in me before I saw it myself. To @yogitones , @eye.three , and @petiter_tot ; thank you for creating and holding a container where we could all show up fully, messily, and authentically.
This experience has left an imprint on me and I know that I’m forever a student. My family has grown. I love you all more than words can hold. 💜✨
