Used to stress over where all my footage, hard drives, and random project files would go after every travel, shoot, etc..đ now everything finally has a place.
My new @lexarmemory Professional Workflow 6-Bay Docking Station makes backing up, organizing, and storing years of photos + video footage so much easier and faster. From client work to personal memories, I love knowing everythingâs secured, accessible, and neatly organized in one workflow setup. đ¤
Honestly one of the best upgrades for my creator workflow this year!! đ

This is one of those upgrades that quietly improves everything. The @LexarMemory NM790 SSD keeps your system responsive without you even thinking about it. Thatâs what good storage should do.
Tips for Available Light Action Portraits
1. Prep your gear
Action portraits require high speed and quick reactions. Make sure you have the right equipment to execute your vision. Whether that means fast cameras, lenses and memory cards (@lexarmemory ), make sure your gear is ready to go before your subject is.
2. Communicate with your subject on what the right moment is
Before you begin, understand the actions and motions of your subject and make sure you are choosing a safe and relevant setting to capture these actions. Find out what signature moves they may have or what some of the more visual actions they perform to ensure impactful images.
3. Find your light
Look to find light that flatters your subject and your vision. When photographing in available light - you have to work with what is given to you so check and see how it will hit your subject when you are photographing them. When indoors - photographing in RAW can help enhance your portraits later if needed.
4. Choose a background
Making sure your background adds to your portrait instead of distracting from it. Make sure your backgrounds are clean, plain or an environment that is relevant or interesting.
5. Dial in your settings
Shutter speed should be your main priority here. If you are looking to freeze the action look to shoot with a speed around 1/1000sec. From here - you will adjust your ISO and aperture to make sure you are getting your desired shutter speeds.
6. Focus
Start by setting your camera to continuous autofocus and high speed bursts. Make sure you are focusing in on your subjectâs face and use focus tracking when possible.
7. Direct your subject
To avoid having your subject repeat certain movements over and over, donât be afraid to direct them. Make sure you are ready and give them direction in ways that will make their movements most impactful.
8. Give your subjects a preview and have fun
After you have shot a few frames, show your subject. This will help them to see your vision, make any adjustments on their end and make them feel more confident in themselves.
From here - go with the flow and have fun!

Happy Motherâs Day! â¤ď¸
If I could freeze time, it would look exactly like thisâthe golden light catching the trees, the steady rhythm of my footsteps, and the quiet, overwhelming pride of watching you discover the world. As a photographer and as a mother, my ultimate OlĂŠ Moment isnât a grand finish line; itâs experiencing and capturing these fleeting, beautiful fragments of our journey together. These are the deeply personal memories I want to fiercely protect and hold onto, long after youâve outgrown my arms.

Motherhood | Hiking | Austria | Photography | Salzkammergut
Iâve spent the last 9 months missing parts of my old self.
Missing the freedom to leave the house whenever I want. Missing Charlie after sheâs gone to bed. Missing the version of life that used to feel easy.
But one of my biggest worries has been missing moments with her.
I want to be the first to see her roll, walk, talk, laugh, try new foods - everything.
As a photographer and filmmaker, I try to capture it all. So the idea of losing one of my favorite photos? Devastating.
I take storage seriously when it comes to my âCharlie Drives,â as Iâve nicknamed them. I need space, speed, and resiliency I can count on.
Thank you @lexarmemory for helping moms never miss a moment.
