Hello everyone! It’s PT Heaton here — officially up and running and ready to welcome new clients.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer earlier this year and have spent the past several months on tour, honing my skills by running pre-show bootcamps for the very handsome @selfesteemselfesteem cast and crew. I’ve also been developing online programmes for friends and family.
I’m now so excited to be working at the wonderful @fitnesswithgrace_studio It’s a beautiful, mirror free training space in Stoke Newington/Dalston.
I’m now taking on new clients for 1:1 Personal Training as well as online fitness programmes.

Such a big big heart, cheekiest laugh and wicked sense of humour. Gym lover, pink princess, gift of the gabb, nail obsessed, hostess with the mostess, determined, independent, kind and caring, I couldn't have asked for better qualities in a big sister!
Growing up with you has been a whole variety of fun and fury and in the words of your fave you used to 'drive me crazy' but now we out here knowing that a sister is a best friend for life.
