Here’s what seeing myself in a new light means...
It means beginning to see yourself in the revealing light of God’s loving perspective.
It means stepping into the light of love & coming into your own with confidence.
It means discovering you are way more than who you thought you were.
It means learning you don’t need to be perfect to be worthy of being loved!
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19 kjv
This is still just the BEGINNING for you.
What new life & love success stories could you write this year if you choose to stop saying “but that’s not me” AND instead become curious & start asking yourself “what would happen if I became that version of me?”
As a breakthrough coach & author I can help you do this.

At the beginning of the year I had the idea of creating a mini film about my forgiveness journey. I used my acting skills to encourage others who have also experienced trauma, who are battling the demons of fear, unforgiveness, anger, confusion & anxiety that it is possible with God’s direction & focused work to live free & tell a new story of peace, forgiveness, love & hope.

As I’ve said before & will keep saying, forgiveness is the best gift I have ever chosen to give myself.
đź’•
Recently I published a 20 Day Forgiveness Journal & it’s been making an impact in helping others transform their lives too.

After rape & then a heartbreak I felt shame so deep it even opened up emotional wounds from my past that I had previously worked through. I felt nagging anxiety wondering when the next crushing disappointment would happen, I was very angry God wasn’t answering my prayers like I felt he should, I held onto unforgiveness with a tight closed fist & I didn’t recognize the woman I had become when I looked in the mirror.
The ugly thoughts you have about yourself or others after you’ve been hurt or experienced something traumatic can grow into a fight that steals your energy, peace, sleep, hope & happiness.
As some of you know, I have been pursuing my passion of coaching, specifically helping hurting Christian women & men who aren't experiencing inner peace after trauma or heartbreak transform their mindset & live lives of freedom. I teach the steps God took me through to heal emotionally & spiritually, even without closure. Believe me you don’t need closure to forgive, be happy & enjoy life, you just need the right tools. You too can win!
As part of my training. I am offering free 1 hour coaching calls to 3 people, no strings attached. All coaching sessions will be private & professional. If you or someone you know would like my help, please inbox me. I would appreciate it if you like & share this post. It may help someone who is looking for inner peace & healing. Thanks in advance. ❤️ #healingjourney #forgiveness #seeingmyselfinanewlight #lifeafterloss #battlefieldofthemind #transformationtuesday #wellness #youwin #mentalhealth #spiritualwarfare #spiritualhealing #christiancoaching #selflove #selfesteembuilding

Last month I had so much fun connecting with people during Westchester’s 1st & largest wellness expo, Health Is Wealth which was organised by the dynamic duo @daveregg@sean.degnan
Of course I had to bring my journals to this event because journaling is one of the best things you & I can do for our emotional, spiritual & physical health.
Since May is Mental Health Awareness month, below are 3 fun science facts about journaling:
“Writing about traumatic experiences can improve immune function by boosting lymphocyte activity, a key component of the immune system.” (Pennebaker, Kiecolt-Glaser, & Glaser, 1988; Stanton et al., 2008).
“Journaling helps lower blood pressure by reducing stress and promoting relaxation, supporting cardiovascular health.” (Baikie & Wilhelm, 2005).
”Writing a gratitude journal before bed can clear the mind, alleviate worries, and improve sleep by helping people fall asleep faster and experience fewer disruptions in the middle of the night.” (Digdon & Koble, 2011).

“April showers bring May flowers.” This year April’s rainy days have given us gorgeous blooms everywhere.
Just like this month’s flowers have stories of how rainy days helped them to bloom in all their glory, you & I have stories about days that challenged us, comforted us, made us feel uncomfortable, made us feel loved, gave us hope, broke us, reinvented us & so much more.
May is mental health awareness month & throughout this month I will be sharing with you photographic stories of love, identity & healing. It has been an immense privilege & honor to be able to listen to & record each person’s story & I can’t wait to share them with you.
No one has to open themselves up & share their personal thoughts & feelings to any one person, much less agree to participate in a project that will share their thoughts & feelings with a wider audience so this project is extra special. But, why exactly is Objects of Desire so special?
Stories bring us together. Stories reassure us we are not alone. Telling our stories is also an important part of healing & having greater personal confidence. And telling our stories can make others who are feeling stuck, unseen or confused feel inspired to take back their power & begin telling their stories. Our stories are not just for us, but for supporting others.
This project is still ongoing, so if you have an object of desire story you would like to tell, send me a DM.
