We use a 3 step sequence:
1️⃣ First message opens a conversation: no pitch, no service mention, just a question that makes them self identify a problem.
2️⃣ Second message qualifies: are they actually a fit or just a curious reply.
3️⃣ Third message transitions: now you’ve earned the right to talk about what you do.
That’s the 3-2-1 method. And when you layer AI on top of it to personalize at scale, it becomes the most cost effective client acquisition system a service business can run.
No ad spend. No algorithm dependency. Just conversations that convert.
A lot of times when we start doing something new, we SUCK.
