2025 kicked off with this mental car, Calum’s E36 compact with a turbo V12 fitted in it 😅
Task was to bring the electronics side into the modern age, I was asked what I would use if this was my car and I opted for the @maxxecu Pro. This is a monster of an Ecu are we are only using about 20% of it capability currently!
Whilst going through the car I offered my knowledge on certain things and we opted to get rid of the Chinese injectors & wastegate. The wastegate was replaced with @turbosmarthq 60mm and the injectors were changed to Bosch 980cc as we knew we were gonna head down the ethanol route eventually.
Also I always hated the way the throttle was on this car so we opted to replace one single throttle with two DBW units from the newer version V12.
This car has done various events now over the UK & Ireland without fault 😎 job well done 💪🏻
It’s coming back for more power and some upgrades soon 😊
Our local goth drifter @connor_ritchie , purchased a @fueltech FT550 from me in 2023. I ended up making a full engine harness for him and then went onto dyno tuning the car for him aswell 😎
Connor done a good job putting the rest of the car together and we managed to pull 490 wheel horse power. Pretty safe 19psi.
Connor has since went onto podium at @driftleague_gb with the car 🤘🏼

Our local 1UZ enthusiast @sheepydrifts dropped by @sitech_racing_rs a while back so I could add a bit more power to his setup…. All went very well!
Limiting factor was the stock composite head gaskets.. we didn’t want to push it to far and set him back for the season, nice safe power & torque.
Now it’s time to get the engine pulled apart and get it turned up 😎
Can’t wait to have this car back and see what it can do! HURRY UP SHEEP!
